HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Start by scheduling a pick up using our iPhone or iPad app. Simply add items to your shopping cart, add any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window, and that’s it!

You can list special care instructions for each and every item you add to your shopping cart. Want each family members’ clothes separated? No problem! Have delicate items that you don’t want dried? No problem! Do you want fabric softener? No problem! Whatever you want, just let us know, we’ve got you covered.

2. Next, you will receive a text message and email notification when a Phoenix Folds driver is on their way to pick up and within approximately thirty minutes or less from your location.

Phoenix Folds will pick up directly from you on your porch, at your door, your doorman if available, or anywhere on your property. Simply let us know where your bag(s) will be, it’s that simple.

3. Back at our facility, every customer’s order is looked after separately and diligently by our team of specialists, which take great care to preserve the quality of your garments and other items. Our sophisticated order processing system alerts our team of any special instructions you noted when placing your order. All garments and other items are handled with care. Upon completion of your order, our team will pack your clean laundry in a Phoenix Folds laundry bag.
